Valid Kansas driver's license with favorable record
Bachelor's degree plus 3 to 5 years management/program development experience.
Working knowledge of behavioral health knowledge and compliance.

Experience with program development and delivery
Experience in developing sustainable programs

Full job description
The Center for Counseling & Consultation is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving Barton, Pawnee, Rice, and Stafford counties in Central KS. This position is responsible for development of agency programs and resources to maximize fiscal stability.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist Executive Director and Management Team in planning, implementing and maintaining strategic organizational change; this includes agency certifications.
Work with the Center's management team and Board of Directors to assist with budget planning.
Responsible for sharing oversight of finances including grant activities, reports and outcomes.
Respond to identified program deficiencies and work within the team to mitigate challenges and maximize outcomes.
Track changes at the state and national level that impact services; develop strategies to respond appropriately.
Research grant and funding opportunities for development by the management team and when appropriate, provide grant oversight.
Use data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
Work with the Independent Practice Association to ensure agency representation, compliance and fiscal opportunities.
Collaborate with Corporate Compliance/Risk Mangement to assist with meeting fidelity and CCBHC standards
