Required Experience:

Requirements

Proven experience in relationship management within a non-profit or social services environment specifically serving at-risk and foster youth.
Experience in fundraising, donor relations, and development of a non-profit.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in program development and management, particularly in areas related to developmental disabilities or behavioral health.
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial oversight within a non-profit context.
Background in social work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience supervising staff or volunteers is advantageous.
A genuine passion for working with people who have developmental disabilities and a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Non-Profit Director to lead our RennerVation Foundation team. This role is essential in promoting our mission and ensuring the effective delivery of our programs aimed at supporting at-risk and foster youth. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the foster care system, the needs of the youth and children of community, and the ability to create and develop solutions to fill the gaps in our systems. The candidate should be effective in their ability to build strong relationships, possess excellent administrative capabilities, and a have a commitment to program development for the Nevada community.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and funding organizations.
Oversee the administration of programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage program budgets effectively to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement new programs that meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Supervise staff involved in program delivery, providing guidance and support to enhance service quality.
Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about the organization’s mission and services within the community.
Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes, preparing reports for stakeholders as necessary.
