This full-time position offers a salary range of $250,000-$300,000, depending on qualifications, along with comprehensive benefits including generous paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement plan with employer match, and professional development opportunities. Kindering, the largest and most comprehensive neurodevelopment center in the Northwest, is seeking a visionary leader to serve as our next Chief Executive Officer. With a $28M budget, 300 dedicated staff members across four campuses, and a profound impact on over 3,000 children annually, Kindering is at a critical juncture in its organizational evolution.
