Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of seven years of leadership experience in a non-profit, management, or administrative role, including staff supervision.
Expertise in financial management, budget planning, and organizational sustainability.
Proven experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and public relations/marketing strategies.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of animal welfare and shelter operations is a plus.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Tulsa SPCA

Are you a dynamic and visionary leader with a passion for animal welfare? Tulsa SPCA is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization in its mission to protect, care for, and advocate for dogs, cats, and their human companions. As a vital part of the Tulsa community, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of compassion, collaboration, and positive change for animals and their human companions. If you are an experienced leader with a track record of successful management and a heart for making a meaningful impact in the community, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Board of Directors to implement strategic goals and foster clear communication.
Lead and mentor a dedicated team of senior executives to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Oversee the development and execution of departmental goals and organizational plans.
Maintain financial sustainability through budget preparation and stewardship of Tulsa SPCA’s resources.
Cultivate a high-performing culture through staff development and retention initiatives.
Develop and execute resource development strategies, including fundraising campaigns, special events, and donor cultivation.
Foster meaningful relationships with donors, community partners, and grant-making entities to support our mission.
Serve as the primary spokesperson for Tulsa SPCA, representing our mission and values at community events, public presentations, and media outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local government officials and other key stakeholders to further our impact.
Actively promote the organization’s mission and work to enhance public awareness of animal welfare.
