Required Experience:

- Nonprofit management experience preferred.
- High level strategic thinking and planning. Ability to envision and convey the organization’s strategic future to the staff, board, volunteers, and donors.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with staff
- Previous success in establishing relationships with individuals and organizations
- Demonstrated ability to generate new revenue streams and improve financial results
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organization skills, and time management
- Strong financial management skills
- Display the utmost level of integrity
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Excel, Power Point, and Word, as well as Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of a donor software system preferred
Duties / Expectations:

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS OF EMPLOYEE:

-A dedicated follower of Jesus Christ who supports and upholds Wild Ops statement of faith.
-Maintains a positive and respectful attitude, acting as a role model within and outside the ministry.
-Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
-Interacts positively and professionally with Wild Ops staff, leaders, Board of Directors, volunteers, donors and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure that the flow of funds permits Wild Ops to make continuous progress towards the achievement of its vision and that those funds are allocated properly to reflect present needs and future potential.
- Help formulate marketing, branding and development strategies that will enhance revenue from major donors, foundations, churches, government agencies, and corporations.
- Establish targeted funding goals based on sound analysis of present and future needs of partner initiatives.
- Capably represent Wild Ops events, and Wild Ops programs effectively to churches, organizations, foundations and individuals.
- Regularly maintain relationships with existing partners; identify and secure new funding opportunities for the long-term stability of the organization.
