Our Rescue’s mission is to end sex trafficking and child exploitation while empowering survivors to reclaim their lives and thrive on their healing journey. We partner in this fight with service agencies, law enforcement, governments, and supporters who share our vision of a world free from sex trafficking.


We work with law enforcement agencies globally to identify, arrest, and prosecute traffickers and provide comprehensive care for our survivors. We educate and advocate for public involvement in our mission. Our Rescue is a global collective, boldly fighting to eradicate sex trafficking and child exploitation: Until every person is safe.


Description


The Director of Global Programs Management is responsible for developing, standardizing, and monitoring Our Rescue’s global and U.S.-based programs. This position ensures strategic alignment, program quality, and compliance with international standards while building scalable systems that strengthen organizational credibility, support growth, and enable effective partnerships and funding opportunities. Depending on qualifications, the position may be appointed at a higher level. Your responsibilities will include the following:


Lead the development of global program strategies, policies, and frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with Our Rescue’s mission.
Monitor program performance and compliance across all regions, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and implement standardized tools, processes, and reporting systems to support efficient, evidence-based programming.
Evaluate and refine Our Rescue’s flagship program areas in collaboration with regional and technical experts.
Build and maintain systems for unified MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), data collection, analysis, and reporting across sectors and regions.
Support the CEO and executive team in cultivating external partnerships and representing the organization with donors and strategic allies.
Oversee the Global Program Management team and coordinate regional support to ensure effective oversight and technical assistance.
Collaborate closely with Fundraising teams to align programmatic goals with funding strategies and ensure long-term sustainability.
