Required Experience:

Full job description
· Bachelor in Business Degree or related field with experience with third party outpatient billing. At least 5 years of experience in the social service and/or health field require

· Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a clinical or community mental health setting

· Strong clinical knowledge and up-to-date knowledge base of clinical care standards in the behavioral health treatment of adults, children, and families

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

· Oversee the daily operations and financial management of a growing treatment service line, and community based behavioral health services ensuring efficient delivery of clinical services and programs

· Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, compliance, and staff performance and retention

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall effectiveness of our Behavioral Health service line

· Lead Psychiatric Med Providers, Mental Health Therapists, Case Managers, and support staff, promoting high-quality patient care and adherence to organizational policies and procedures

· Develop and maintain relationships with local social service agencies and healthcare organizations to ensure seamless referrals and collaboration

· Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in behavioral health through participation in professional development networks and associations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
