Required Experience:

Qualifications:
- Senior leadership experience in nonprofit, association, regulatory, or related industry roles.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments (FDA, state laws, compliance issues).
- Proven ability in strategic planning, stakeholder relations, and program development.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills.
- Experience with financial management and Board engagement. - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent executive experience preferred.

Location: Flexible, with travel as needed.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Executive Director – The We Card Program, Inc.

The We Card Program, Inc., a nationally recognized non-profit dedicated to retailer education and compliance with age-restricted product laws, seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with the Board of Directors.
- Oversee retailer training programs, online learning, and compliance tools.
- Represent We Card with retailers, trade associations, government agencies, and regulators.
- Manage financial operations, budget, and organizational sustainability.
- Build partnerships and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
