Required Experience:

The Right Person:
15 years experience in senior level retail operations. Big Box retail experience a plus.
Demonstrated history of supervising diverse teams of 100+ employees.
Understands the considerations required in order to operate a 7 day retail operation.
Experience with work flow models.
Strong background in strategic planning and business development.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
Sound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for overseeing the company's day to day operations and procedures. You will work closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to strategize and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a keen understanding of current retail, deconstruction, volunteer outreach and business development operations.
Recognize what we do well and identify areas for improvement.
Drive change management initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple locations to ensure peak performance.
Manage overall staffing as it relates to budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Engage in strategic planning to align operations with the organization's objectives.
