Are you passionate about animal welfare and community service? Panhandle Humane

Society (PHS) is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead our organization with vision, compassion, and integrity.

About the Role:

As the chief executive officer of PHS, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and serve as the face of our mission in the community. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on animal care and advocacy in the Panhandle region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic planning and organizational growth in partnership with the Board of

Directors.

- Oversee shelter operations, ensuring the highest standards of animal care and

compliance.

- Lead and inspire staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.

-Manage budgets, fundraising initiatives, and donor relations to sustain and expand

our programs.

-Engage with the community to promote humane education and responsible pet

ownership.
