This role is responsible for revenue growth, donor engagement, campaigns, and long-term financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities Lead fundraising strategy: major gifts, annual giving, grants, capital campaigns, planned giving Build and steward relationships with major donors, board members, and community partners Manage development staff and retail fundraising operations Oversee donor communications, branding, and fundraising events Maintain donor database, reporting, and gift agreements Partner with executive leadership and Board on development planning and reporting
