Development Director

St. Joseph Hearing + Speech | Indianapolis, IN

St. Joseph Hearing + Speech is seeking a dynamic Development Director to help grow philanthropic support and expand community partnerships across Indiana.

Since 1837, St. Joseph has provided educational services to children with hearing loss reflecting the guiding principle of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, serving our “dear neighbor without distinction.” As a Catholic organization, we serve all in the community with love and unity.

The Development Director will play a key leadership role in advancing this mission by building relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and community leaders.

This role is ideal for a strategic fundraiser or relationship-driven professional who enjoys connecting with people, cultivating partnerships, and driving meaningful impact through philanthropy.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and community leaders

Help grow individual and corporate giving across the Indiana market
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed fundraising goals
Secure major gifts and long-term partnerships through relationship-based fundraising
Analyze donor data and trends to guide strategy and improve results
Represent St. Joseph Hearing + Speech at community and networking events
