Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Development and Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in cultivating meaningful relationships, securing vital funding, and expanding our organizational impact. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth through innovative fundraising initiatives, strategic alliances, and compelling outreach campaigns. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including grant proposal writing, digital marketing campaigns, and event planning to maximize revenue streams.
Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with donors, partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders through effective communication and engagement.
Plan and execute high-impact events that promote organizational visibility, foster community involvement, and attract potential supporters.
Manage databases such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Mailchimp, and other CRM software to track donor information, campaign results, and engagement metrics.
Coordinate public relations efforts by managing social media platforms, email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact or Mailchimp, and maintaining the organization’s WordPress website.
Prepare compelling proposals for grants and sponsorships by researching funding opportunities and aligning them with organizational goals.
Oversee budgeting for development activities, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting fundraising targets.
Collaborate with internal teams on strategic planning initiatives to align development goals with organizational priorities.
