Required Experience:

Master's Degree in counseling, social work or business required. At least 5 years of organizational leadership required.

Duties

Grant writing and grant management experience required.
Oversee daily operations including program management, financial oversight and resource allocation.
Provide leadership to inspire and motivate staff, volunteers, and stakeholders toward achieving organizational objectives.
Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, funders, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to expand the organization’s reach and influence.
Proven management experience in leading organizations or programs.
Knowledge of nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is preferred; however, candidates from diverse sectors with relevant management experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $93,600.00 - $99,840.00 per year
