Position Overview

The Director of Development will design and implement a strategic advancement program that fosters a culture of philanthropy and deepens engagement among alumni, parents, and supporters. This role requires a relational leader who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing day-to-day initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead a comprehensive development and annual giving program
Build and manage a donor and alumni database from inception
Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, alumni, and school families
Plan and execute fundraising and community-building events
Increase alumni and parent participation in giving and engagement
Partner with school leadership to identify priorities and funding opportunities
Oversee donor communications, recognition, and stewardship efforts
